My work is an offering of finding your authentic self, joy, and desires. Wisdom, inner healing intelligence, or self-healing, whatever you want to call it, we all possess the power to bring to life our wildest dreams. Lack of accessibility of mental healthcare, developmental trauma, and the many systems of oppression in our society all work to disconnect us from our bodies by causing stress and reactions. Through remembering our wisdom we are collectively working to bring peace and oppose these systems.
My approach is individualized. I meet you where you are and offer an unique treatment plan based on your intuitive needs. My toolkit includes existential therapy, trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, internal family systems work, mindfulness, sensorimotor psychotherapy, and Kundalini yoga.
I strongly believe in our innate self-healing capabilities and wisdom of our body. I work with you to build a kind and peaceful inner environment. Together, we will deep the relationships that exists between mind, body, and spirit to help you remember your authentic wisdom and power.
When there is interest, I integrate somatic therapies such as breath work, yoga, and psychedelic psychotherapy preparation and integration support. These alternative interventions accelerate the healing process for those that are called to explore.
In everything I do, my style is compassionate, warm, non-judgemental, and focused on connection. I offer a safe space for you to explore your mind, body, and spirit and break through trauma holding you back from living your true authentic wisdom.
I have an intimate relationship with intergenerational trauma, dysfunctional family dynamics, addiction, and perinatal mood disorders. Through my journey of parenting and reparenting myself I have learned to tools that regulate my nervous system, nurture my inner child, and connect to my highest self. Now I help others remember and tap into this wisdom as well.
I honor that space in you that desperately wants to heal and feels like it is too much or that your trauma is too different. We are meant to heal in the community.
With Gratitude,
Ariell
