Plant Based Psychedelic Therapy

Collaborate with plant based medicine for your journey inward

Psychedelic - assisted psychotherapy helps shift away from the roles, trauma, or our negative patterns so we can get to the core. Although studied for decades, psychedelics are going through a renaissance being considered as a breakthrough treatment for PTSD.

Maybe you’ve been hearing about psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy in the news and are curious if it could help support your anxiety, depression, PTSD, or wellbeing in general? We can work together to explore options and develop a holistic exploration guide for you.

Our services.

preparation

Any type of healing should be done with intention and preparation. Evidence supports that intention, set, and setting all contribute to lasting transformation with psychedelic experiences. Our preparation will include a holistic assessment, intention setting, and help lay the foundation so your journey is supported.

integration

Experiences with psychedelics and plant medicine reveal insights, past experiences, and feelings. These are often like balloons floating away after the experience. Integration helps reflect on this experience to hold on to and integrate into your daily life.

breath work

Breath work is anther way of seeking altered consciousness and particularly useful for those unsure of a full psychedelic experience. Participants of trauma usually noted increased intuition, increased immunity, energy, improves focus, sleep, and more.

I offer monthly donation-based breath work remote sessions sign up below.

DISCLAIMER: Please note that psychedelic integration does NOT include the administration of psychedelic medicines—my job is to help you make sense of the experience. Psychedelic integration should not be viewed as an endorsement of such substances, but rather a way to help clients through experiences that have left them with more questions than answers.

“Stand strong with your bare feet on the ground and everything that comes from it. Be smarter every day by listening to your intuition”

Our Collective History on Drugs

Our lives have all been touched by drugs and addiction. Literature, past supporters, and of course the millions of disproportionately incarcerated all conclude the “war on drugs” was racially guided and did not achieve its goals.

If you have a strong avoidance of psychedelics and plant medicine they may not be for you. Personally, I have explored my relationship with bias, relationship of being a child affected by addiction, and societal narratives around drugs and see benefit for some individuals. For some, it helps to consider the ancient practices around consciousness with plant medicine.

Diagnoses once thought of chronic such as treatment-resistant depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), developmental trauma, and more are being treated with the use of psychedelic - assisted psychotherapy.

Substances are still in Phase 3 clinical trials. Relationships are still being explored and established. Peer-reviewed literature is available on these studies for those interested.
