Wild + Wise Kids

A therapy approach for kids and teens that helps ease anxiety, build confidence, and learn nervous system regulation from the start

What We Offer

Founded from experience inside the school system, Wild + Wise Kids was created to support children who need more than what traditional settings can offer.

We focus on the root of behavior—the nervous system—so kids can:

  • Feel safer in their bodies

  • Handle big emotions

  • Build confidence that lasts

Counseling

Support that goes deeper than surface behaviors.
We help children understand their emotions, regulate their nervous systems, and build confidence from the inside out. Using a gentle, body-based approach, sessions are tailored for kids navigating anxiety, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, or life transitions.

👉 Available virtually, at home, or outdoor sessions (kids love this option!)

👉 Available for individual and small group sessions

Summer Camps

A supportive, small-group experience where kids build real-life skills in a fun, engaging environment.

Through movement, play, and connection, kids learn:

  • Emotional regulation

  • Friendship Skills

  • Social confidence

  • School Readiness

  • Coping skills that actually stick

All without it feeling like therapy.

👉 Ideal for kids who need extra support outside of the classroom
